September Updates

It's September so update time. This one is a bit later... Wait, no it isn't. It's earlier... Oh well. I decided to wait a bit because everything has been everywhere and this journal would have been full of questions and worries. 

Currently, I'm on my new laptop! I've never owned a laptop before and mum somehow managed to murder Dad's laptop. So, I ended up getting one for uni. It's pretty good. I just tested the FFXIV: A Realm Reborn Heavensward benchmark on it. It got a score of 2178, which is standard. It gets rather hot... But otherwise it seems fine! I really like it so far. 

I loaded in my wacom drivers too and that seems to be working fine so hopefully that will be all okay too! 

I move in Sunday... Not going to pretend that I'm not worried, because I am. I'm very worried about making friends and finding my way around the place. So many unknowns that I can't control... Oh well. I have made a sort of friend, so hopefully we'll hit it off!! 

Anyway, I have 90% of what I need ready. Just a few things to do. Including those bloody commissions, getting my wash bag sorted and clothes. It seems silly, but maybe if I don't get those ready, the day might never come. Obviously that's not the case. 

Oh well. That's it for this month. I might do an intermediate journal, but I doubt it. Who knows. Anyway. I'm off again~
